Now Hiring - Business Development Associate in Itasca, IL

Family Entertainment Group a rapidly growing national operator of amusements, game rooms, and entertainment centers is seeking a Business Development Associate for our headquarters in Itasca, Illinois. Candidate must be self-starting, detail-oriented, eager to learn, collaborative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under the Vice President of Business Development. A positive attitude, desire to succeed, and sincere interest in making internal and external connections must be demonstrated.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability and willingness to create and engage leads and build relationships that drive muti million-dollar opportunities.
• History of leveraging CRM platform and resources to identify, actively prospect, track, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through the sales cycle to closing.
• Passionate, outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to strategically organize information and plan your work.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer, negotiation and project management skills.

As part of the Business Development Team and working with our leadership team, here are some of the things you’ll do:

• Utilize a variety of platforms to research and identify strategic partnerships, collect leads and follow up with potential clients and partners in person, on the phone and using email.
• Learn our business and speak knowledgeably about company services, products, brands and benefits to our clients and partners.
• Research markets for expansion of revenue share and wholly owned business sectors.
• Assist in the financial modeling and structuring of deals that meet the objectives of existing and potential partners as well as the required return on our invested capital.
• Work closely with internal team members and vendors on a variety of projects and roles to plan, design and integrate best in class entertainment concepts that deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
• Assist with business development activities as needed
• Participate in meetings and travel as needed

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
